Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

SUNK! is a battleship game for iPhone. This policy explains what data it uses and why. Controller: Verónica Gascó Olmos. Contact: support@verogasco.com.

No accounts, no ads, no tracking

SUNK! doesn't ask you to sign up, shows no ads, uses no analytics tools and doesn't track you across apps or websites. Neither does this website.

Games against the Admiral

Games against Admiral Ferro (the computer) are played and saved only on your iPhone. Nothing is sent.

Online games

To play online you use Game Center, Apple's service, which handles your identity, matchmaking and invitations under Apple's privacy policy.

To keep every match fair, our server stores a player identifier given by Game Center that only works for SUNK!; the fleets and shots of each match, whose turn it is and the result; and when you were last active, to apply the abandonment time limits.

We don't store your name, your Game Center alias, your email or your friends list. Your rivals' aliases are stored only on your iPhone.

Where and for how long

The server is in the European Union (Paris), with the provider Supabase, which processes the data on our behalf. Finished matches are deleted 30 days after they end. The provider keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, for a limited time for security.

Legal basis

We process this data because it is needed to provide the online game you ask for (performance of the service).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your online data by writing to support@verogasco.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). If you stop playing online, your data is deleted along with the matches.

Children

SUNK! asks for no personal data and is not specifically directed at children under 14.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
